2. Role of Totalware
When Totalware itself determines the purposes and means of processing personal data it manages (e.g., within the context of its employee relationships or in processing the contact details of its clients), it acts as a data controller.
When Totalware provides IT services to its clients and processes personal data on their behalf, it acts as a processor, while the client is the controller. In this context, Totalware is required to implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to safeguard the personal data it processes.

We only process your personal data for legitimate purposes in the context of providing our services and products.
Personal data you provide us in relation to products and service delivery:
1. Service demonstration or presentation
This is a service through which you allow us to contact you to arrange a presentation of our business solutions.
The personal data recorded in our information systems for this purpose are:

2. Implementation and support of IT systems
When providing IT services, our staff may have access to personal data stored in the clients’ databases or use applications and links that allow remote service delivery.

Since Totalware acts as a Processor, any request to exercise data subject rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion) will be promptly forwarded to the Data Controller (our client).
8. Data Retention Period
The storage period of personal data is determined based on the following specific criteria depending on each case:
- Data is retained only for as long as required by the client contract. After the contract ends, unless otherwise agreed.
- When processing is imposed as a legal obligation under applicable law, your personal data will be stored for the period required by those legal provisions.
- When processing is based on a contract, your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary for the implementation of the contract and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims under the contract.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. If we discover data was collected without parental consent, it will be deleted.
